Die cutting is a manufacturing process used to cut, form, or stamp a material, in the case of Tecnoextr a silicone or rubber sheet, using a die. Dies are custom-made cutting tools that allow for precise and detailed shapes on a large scale.

Tecnoextr, thanks to its production of silicone and rubber sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 10 mm, is capable of creating special articles based on customer designs.

Furthermore, Tecnoextr can provide die-cut articles in the main materials suitable for sealing systems such as graphite, vegetable and mineral fibers, PTFE, and technopolymers. Die cutting represents an advanced manufacturing method employed by Tecnoextr for cutting, shaping, or stamping materials, particularly silicone or rubber sheets, through the use of dies.

These precision tools, custom-designed, allow for extremely accurate and complex shapes, ensuring high-quality, large-scale production.

Thanks to its production range, which includes silicone and rubber sheets with thicknesses varying between 0.5 mm and 10 mm, Tecnoextr has the capability to develop specialized articles based on drawings provided by customers.

This customization allows for an effective and tailor-made response to the specific needs of the customer. In addition, Tecnoextr stands out for its expertise in providing die-cut articles made with a wide range of materials suitable for creating sealing systems. Among these, graphite, vegetable and mineral fibers, PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), and various technopolymers, thus demonstrating its versatility and commitment to providing high-quality and technologically advanced solutions.

Moreover, through the use of automated blade cutting systems, Tecnoextr is able to produce flat gaskets according to drawings sent by customers even for small special series.
