Tecnoextr S.r.l., founded in 2006 as a spin-off from Tecnotrex S.p.a., specializes in the production of industrial gaskets and sealing systems, inheriting more than 40 years of experience from its parent company, established in 1965.
This young yet experienced company operates in the so-called Gasket Valley of lower Sebino, producing extruded elastomers, molded elastomers, flat die-cut gaskets and customized technical articles. Tecnoextr’s goal is to continuously improve in technical and quality terms, leveraging its expertise in the rubber sector to meet the diverse needs of its customers.
Tecnoextr transforms a wide range of materials into reliable products, following both customer specifications and its own designs. Their offering includes various technological processes such as extrusion, cutting from extruded, molding, and die-cutting. The ability to provide varied technical solutions for the same product is a strength, allowing to adapt to the specific needs of each customer.
Moreover, the company produces flat gaskets in any elastomeric material, with customization options such as, for example, adhesive application.
It was the year 1965 when Giovanni Spolti decided to leave his job as a draftsman at Marzoli in Palazzolo sull’Oglio, embarking on an adventure that would take him well beyond the confines of his daily routine. In the territory of lower Sebino at that time, the first historical companies operating in the gasket sector were emerging.
The Manifattura Colombo had started a production activity that, within a few years, was to flourish and give life to numerous companies, initially artisanal and then evolving into industrial entities. Among these emerging realities, Tecnotrex stood out, a sole proprietorship that gradually grew into a Joint Stock Company, among the most dynamic in the lower Sebino area.
The production assortment, including braids and packings, die-cut gaskets, spiral wound, metallic, and metal-plastic gaskets, as well as extruded and molded elastomers, intended for the most diversified sectors, from OIL and GAS to household appliances, from the food sector to the electronic sector, was the driving force behind the company’s expansion.
In 2005, the Sarnico plant, now located in a residential area, was closed, and Tecnotrex reorganized through a spin-off operation, giving birth to two new business realities: Tecnoextr Srl and its subsidiary Tecnoservice Italia Srl.
Over the years, Tecnoextr Srl has committed itself to excelling in the production of advanced technical seals, skillfully combining traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology.
